Champion-level roaster, a leading figure in Fukui.

3rd place at the 2023 Japan Coffee Roasting Championship, known for his precise and refined roasting techniques. He carries forward Wakoya’s philosophy by transforming “quality” into flavor through roasting.

About the Roaster｜Chiemi Sakata

Siphon coffee craftsman, Japan champion.

Runner-up at the 2023 Japan Siphonist Championship, and Champion in 2024. With sensitivity and craft, she pushes siphon brewing to its highest expression, becoming Wakoya’s brightest rising star.
