Served as a judge at the Japan Hand Drip Championship in 2015 and 2016, earning a respected reputation in the industry.
Masahiko believes that a great cup of coffee is more than just flavor—it’s a medium for human connection. Through ongoing teaching and mentorship, he aims to share the value of specialty coffee and inspire the next generation of coffee professionals.
